DESCRIPTION
Fenobucarb, also known as BPMC (Buprofezin Methylcarbamate), is a carbamate group insecticide formulated as a 50% EC (Emulsifiable Concentrate). It is widely used to control sucking and chewing insect pests in paddy (rice) and other crops. Fenobucarb acts as a contact and stomach poison, primarily affecting the nervous system of insects by inhibiting cholinesterase enzyme activity. It has quick knockdown action with moderate residual effect and is particularly effective against Brown Planthopper (BPH) and other planthoppers in rice.
